365 to Rich

Each year, the Louisiana Bankers Association designates the last two weeks of October as “365 to Rich” days, a program for high school seniors to spend a day shadowing a banker. The purpose is to introduce banking as a career option and to provide financial literacy resources to the student. “365 to Rich” comes from the actions after the shadow day when the student will receive a daily text for 365 days on ways to become “rich” in all ways such as money, work, knowledge, service, and relationships.
